DWM 4-10-17

The Somerville stitch group is doing a four patch swap, so when my Rick Rack Nines got to large for my design wall I put the first months blocks up for inspiration. There are 17 of us participating in the sway. I didn't make one for myself thinking I would wait to see what I wanted to do with them. Looks like a lot of folks were in a brown mood.

I thought about doing other blocks that measured the same 4.5 inches. I added a couple of quarter square triangles, then some pinwheels, even some paired flying geese. I'm not sure it this is how I will go, guess I'll wait to get more blocks.
